Center for Health Relief (CHR) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization under the NGOs Act No. 24 of 2002 of the United Republic of Tanzania. Established to respond to persistent health, environmental, and social challenges, CHR focuses on integrated and community-driven solutions that improve health and well-being.
